A customs broker is a professional authorized to carry out customs clearance procedures on behalf of the owner of the goods, acting as their legal representative in dealings with customs authorities.
In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, customs clearance services comprise all customs procedures and formalities required for the movement of imported and domestic goods through customs authorities. They also include the procedures relating to the movement of European Union goods subject to Excise Duty (Excise Tax).

Three Key Milestones Behind Our Success
1977–1982:
Our Beginnings as Customs Brokers in Piraeus A time of manual processes, driven by dedication and commitment.
1982–1996:
Administrative and organizational growth, expansion into new business areas such as transportation and logistics, enhanced marketing activities, and the full digital transformation of our operations.
1996–Today: The Revolution!
• Implementation of ICIS, establishment of our Logistics Department, and development of a network of affiliated warehouses.
• Growing from 50 to 3,500 customs clearances per year, while managing more than 5,000 containers annually.
• AEO certification, a team of more than 10 specialized professionals, and expansion of our presence to the customs offices of Thessaloniki, Patras, and Volos.
• Strategic partnerships with transport providers and companies in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Albania, as well as collaborations with Chinese logistics companies.
